How does the dues work?

Dues is $220 per annual year regardless of how many lots you own.

If you agree with forming the association and want to pay the $220 yearly maintenance fee so we can get started, send your payment to Brett Davis at 4 Brookside Rd, Medway Mass. 02053. If the vote fails and no BRMA is not formed, Brett will void all checks, and no road maintenance will be done.
